check your firewall/anti-virus software to make sure that FIFA 18 is allowed as an exception. boot in safe mode with networking. clean boot to make sure that no apps and programs are interfering with the game. uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ (all of them) and reinstall them. Task manager, end all origin tasks. Delete anti cheat in folder. Program files->EA->AC. Run origin as admin. Run fifa23 as admin, start from folder. Check for other programs that run on the background and might be interfering with the new anti-cheat. Aka faceit, blitz, etc. Uninstall those.
