wtlawson. 1 post · Joined 2009. #16 · Feb 27, 2015. Smart Junction Box [SJB] is bad and causes this problem. The only door affected by this SJB is the drivers door. It will lock the door but not unlock by remote or door switch. Total cost for mine to be replaced was around $600.00.
