I keep getting "Missing downloaded files" in my downloads section of Steam that doesnt go away. Even though it has a "retry now" option, nothing happens when I click on it - doesnt even attempt to download/install anything. It says the file size is 611.8 KB and that all 611.8 KB is downloaded. Copy this folder with its subfolders to backup your profiles. This folder contains your profiles and savegames. C:\Users\\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles. You can copy and rename the folder or copy it to a different location. It's useful to rename a copy with the date in yymmdd format like this: profiles_130420.
