The dashboard is beautifully designed. The plastics were soft to the touch. When you start up the 161 hp 2.0 litre diesel, there’s a bit of clatter, particularly if you open the windows, but this soon subsides into a pleasant background rumble. The motor pulls powerfully and responds quickly.

Torque reads codes OK but Forscan offers more features with the windows version being better. Even though readers look identical the ebay ones are hit and miss. I had a few dud ones which would not. work on the higher speeds required for some features. I went with the tunnelrat ones which have all worked. a treat. MK4.5 TDCI 140 Business Estate.
